What is Neighbor360®

Neighbor360 is an evangelistic movement in which a church or group of individuals go out to a pre-defined place and walk in a 360⁰ direction, generally around a church or small group home, knocking on doors of neighboring homes, introducing ourselves to our neighbors.

Through this introduction we are able to meet and understand the needs of our neighbors.  Needs can range from prayer, friendship, helping physical projects around house (i.e. cleaning cutters, helping move objects in the home too heavy for one person, cutting grass, fixing household items, etc.)

We are to show the love of Jesus to our neighbors.  Jesus calls this the second greatest commandment.  Matthew 22:37-40 – “Love your neighbor as yourself”.  Through this love for our neighbors, we verbally give the good news of salvation to all who will hear and talk with us.  This good new of salvation is made available to all people.  It’s only through the blood of Jesus Christ, who died for us and was raised from the dead, in which all who believe Jesus is God, Jesus has the power to forgive sin, Jesus can grant eternal life will be saved.  Romans 10:13 – for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved’

Through these encounters we have the opportunity to answer questions about God’s word (the bible), listen to questions about faith and salvation, and give the Gospel message to those who will hear Romans 10:17 – So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

If we consistently go out and visit our neighbor’s we will build strong long-lasting relationship.  Through the power of the Holy Spirit we hope that all our neighbors can partake in the free gift of salvation.
